Between our three leaders alone we have six decades of experience both on the client side and agency side, serving many of the world's most loved and admired brands across wellness, CPG, personal care, automotive, telco and more. Through it all, we've been inspired by one simple truth: the best brands stay as close as possible to their consumers.
Yet despite the advent of various technologies – from social media analytics to big data platforms – that promise to bridge this gap, we've watched it persist. Traditional research methods, while valuable, often feel removed from the authentic voice of real people. New AI tools claim to solve everything but typically ask artificial intelligence to simply act human, missing the deeper complexity of genuine human experience.

We're not just technologists building AI tools, nor traditional researchers adapting to new methods. We're experts in brand building, consumer behaviour, and innovation who saw the opportunity to revolutionise how brands understand people.
